Return Window — 30 Days Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. If the gloves have been used in the field and failed to perform as described, contact us — Binky's guarantee still applies.

How to Start a Return Contact WetGloves.com at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. Binky's team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. No operator gets left waiting.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items Received something damaged or defective? Contact us immediately with photos. Binky will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice. Damaged gear is Binky's problem to fix, not yours to absorb.

Exchanges Need a different size or style? Contact us within 30 days and Binky's team will sort it out. Subject to availability.
